I had a good experience with Shaver Shop. I had a question about my order and they got back to me faster than I thought they would. The reply was clear enough, and they kept me updated when it was sent out. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I had to ask once for the tracking update, but it got sorted after that. I’d shop with them again.

I was just trying to buy a trimmer, and the whole checkout process felt way more clunky than it needed to be. The payment options were there, but one of them kept failing, so I had to type my details in again. Super fun. Anyway, it’s not like the site is terrible or anything, but when you’re ready to pay and move on, that kind of thing gets old really quickly. Ended up taking much longer than I expected
